Where are you located?

We are located in Michigan.

My package has been marked as delivered but is not here, what do I do?

Packages sometimes get scanned as delivered to pass their daily duties and will not deliver until the next day. You should double check the location where the package should have been delivered. If you cannot locate the package, you should contact the delivery company. We are not responsible for stolen packages, however if your package is lost by the delivery company, we may replace it. We may also replace stolen packages. However, that will be on a case, by case basis and solely (at our discretion).

Are all of your products handmade?

Yes. The majority of our products are handmade by the us. The designs, concepts & ideas are conceptualized by us. From there everything is handmade or put together.

What can I do if my products arrive damaged?

In the rare case this does happen, you should contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at bdarden@myhandsllc.com.You must provide us with multiple pictures of the damaged product, a description of what happened and your order number.

Do you offer exchanges?

Due to low pricing & high shipping costs (which we take on) we currently do not offer exchanges.

What should I do if I mistakenly provided the wrong shipping address?

Contact bdarden@myhandsllc.com within 24 hours placing the order. In the future make sure you are putting in the correct address when ordering, MYHANDSLLC is not responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address.

Is free shipping available?

Yes. Currently all of our items are shipped for free. However, if an item does have a shipping cost you will be notified before making a purchase.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We do offer international shipping thru certain delivery partners. However, shipping isn't free on international orders.

Are the products I'm looking for in stock and available?

You will be able to see on the product page whether or not a product is in stock and how many are available. The availability of the product will be listed as the number of products in inventory or "Out of stock"...

What are your return policies?

We will be happy to refund or exchange damaged products within 30 days of notification. You must notify us immediately upon receipt of damaged product. Clearance items are not returnable unless damaged during the shipping process.

When will I receive my order?

Most of our products are delivered within 2-3 weeks. Specialty items may take longer for delivery as those items may be custom made to order.

Are you an authorized retailer?

Currently all of our items are custom made directly by us and by hand. Therefore, we are the source, and this is our official website.

What is covered in your warranty?

We warranty the product against physical defects or damage during shipping. We do not warranty damage due to misuse, improper use or use of the product in a way in which it was not intended to be used. We do not warranty against accidental damage. We do not warranty against lost or stolen products after delivery.

Is express shipping available?

Express delivery may be available for a fee depending on the selected delivery courier and offered services. You can view your options at checkout.

Do you have a physical retail location or store?

Currently we do not. However, you can find us at local pop-up shops & flea market events. If you want to know where we will be next you can check our upcoming events and/blogs on this website. Also, we highly suggest you sign up so you can be notified of future events.

Can I redeem a coupon with you online?
